IPFilter - eMule and P2P Filesharing

Right now i'm only using the nipfilter. Keep in mind, it only blocks the provided IP range in ipfilter. You are much safer running with ipfilter than not. Plz bipfilter my n00b-ness as I am new to this and I want to learn as much as possible… and never get caught in the process too.
